1. Registration Process

1. Click "Become A New Contributor" on the login page
2. Fill Basic Info: Provide name, email, mobile, and organization (if applicable)
3. Email Verification: You'll receive a password setup link via email
4. Create Password: Click the link to complete registration

2. Event Submission Guidelines

Events that are open to the general public with a live performance or audience component.

3. How to Submit Events (takes 30 seconds)

1. Venue: Last venue you used is already picked.
   Change venue if a different venue. 2,300 on site
   Search using any part of venue or town. "Use Venue" or see existing events.
   If venue not found, add new venue (requires Eircode).
2. Event Details: Event (30-40 letters), Type (30-40 letters).
   Optional: Add event website link
3. When: Date/time
4. Repeat events: Event can be repeated up to 14 times (daily/weekly)
5. Submit: Event is uploaded instantly.
   If there is an event at same time you will be warned and you can choose to upload the new event or cancel.
6. For multiple events or festivals, email a txt file to info@whatsontonight.ie

4. After Registration

• Log in go to your user page
• Session lasts 30 minutes (enough for multiple submissions)
• Manage all events and venues from User Page
• Change contact details or password anytime
